Excellent customer service and a great value. They personally called me to tell me that my item was on back order and wouldn't ship for 2 or 3 weeks to see if I wanted to keep the order or cancel. I didn't need it right away so I kept the order. Anywhere else would have just let you sit there in processing with no updates or communication. Highly recommend!
